The Chinese multinational Huawei Technologies Co Ltdis the largest telecommunications equipment maker in the world. Huawei’s Devices division manufactures and sells a variety of devices under its own name such as smartphones and tablet PCs. Huawei Devices produces millions of smartphones and mobile phones every year and distributes them in worldwide markets including Japan, the United States and Europe.

Huawei Ascend P1 LTE
The Huawei Ascend P1 LTE is a stylish and superfast smartphone with a sturdy Gorilla glass screen. It has a 4.3” AMOLED touchscreen, the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and dual core processor. It is perfect to download videos, movies and watch them or you can watch streaming HD videos on the go. 4G connectivity gives it super speed in browsing the internet, playing games and downloading apps.  You can access more than 450,000 apps and install those you like.

The 8MP camera with flash and zoom features captures high quality pictures even in low light. You can snap group shots and share them on social networks with your friends. The video camera can record HD videos and playback also in HD. The front camera can be used for video calling. Other multimedia features are the MP3 player, video player, FM radio and audio player. Huawei Ascend G330
Another smartphone from Huawei is the Ascend G330. It is a very good budget phone with the Android operating system and speedy dual core processor. It also offers a high resolution large screen. This makes it a great phone for gaming, watching movies and web browsing. The design is all black with a plastic chassis. It is a solid handset with sturdy looks. The Ascend G330 has seven home screens and one new lock screen with a four way unlock circle. There are some quick switches for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to turn them on and off.

The Ascend G330 has a 5MP camera that captures pretty decent pictures. However, the camera does not offer extra features such as panorama mode or portrait mode, different  filters or preview mode. The front camera can be used for video calling. The Ascend G330 gives you full access to Google Play. You can download and install thousands of apps and games.  This is a good option if you are looking for a budget phone. You can get it free with a two year contract and monthly fees of £10.

Huawei Honour
The Huawei Honour is another popular mobile phone with the Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. It is a standard looking mobile phone with a 4.0” screen and a single core 1.4GHz engine. This makes it a bit slow for web browsing. However, a strong battery is one plus point for the phone. According to the manufacturers it can last up to 9 hours talk or up to 27 days on standby mode.

Call quality is good and clear. You can access Google Play for apps and games. It offers good connectivity to social networks. Five home screens can be customised for apps and widgets. You can also choose animations, 3d cube effect or flip that slide from one home screen to another when you swipe the screens. The Huawei Honour has a front camera for video calling and a main camera to capture pictures. The video camera can shoot 720p HD video. Overall Huawei Honour is a reasonable priced mobile phone with a strong battery.
